Czarne Górne is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gardeja, within Kwidzyn County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 10 kilometres east of Gardeja, 17 km south-east of Kwidzyn, and 88 km south of the regional capital Gdańsk.
